Business Consultant

Position Description:

To configure, implement and support an automated regulatory reporting product in financial institutions using an industry proven software toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Financial Accountants to discuss their business needs and translate these into configuration requirements. Working closely with your clients to achieve the appropriate solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conducting end-user training
• Independently handle client contacts and maintain high-level client relationships to promote the business and meet client satisfaction
• Support the clients solution

Qualifications:

Education:
Preferable to hold a formal accounting qualification.

Experience:
Current knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory reporting regime (PIPU, LBU, LLD, SID, etc.) Several years working experience in the financial services sector.
More specifically within the banking sector.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• A team-worker that shares information and knowledge with the other team-members who have similar role
• Able to adopt a structured approach to projects and the ability to set priorities
• Customer engagement skills are required in the financial services sector

Specific Knowledge Requirements:

• Exposure to all Banking Instruments
• Expertise in Risk Measurement and Liquidity is a strong asset
• Back-office banking systems, accounting systems and procedures especially in reporting, interfacing to these systems and data extraction
• Computer literate, familiarity of the PC in a windows environment and productivity tools like MS-Office Products
• Good understanding of databases, storing data, general approach to data retrieval
• Professional knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia
