PostOffice Service
With this service, we will provide you mailboxes for individuals in your company to
receive e-mails.
- Normal PostOffice Service
- We locate your mailboxes in high performance server in Indonesia
- Server containing your mailboxes has high speed data transfer connection to internet
- You have POP3 and WWW mode of access to your mailboxes (see Premium PostOffice Service for explanation).
- Your mailboxes can collectively contain 150 MB of data, more than enough
to temporarily store e-mails containing large documents until you retrieve them.
- You have unlimited incoming e-mail traffic. However, you must retrieve your
e-mails often since your mailbox capacity is limited.
- You can manage your mailbox by yourself through internet
- You have a maximum of 15 aliases for your mailboxes, 15 mailing lists, and
15 e-mail forwarding set up (see Premium PostOffice Service for explanation).
- For 10, 25, or 50 users

- We locate your mailboxes in high performance servers both in USA and
Indonesia. We devise this unique and important feature especially for companies
that have realize the benefits of e-mails and are using them very extensively for
their day to day operation. For such companies, it is intolerable for its
mailboxes to not be available to receive e-mails because of hardware problem. By
using redundant servers, we increase the availability of your mailboxes.
- Servers containing your mailboxes are stored in high security area. This
data center area incorporates temperature control, electricity supply control,
biometric access control, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring, as well as
fire suppression system.
- Servers containing your mailboxes have connection to multiple internet
"backbones". Internet "backbones" are extremely fast data transfer network that
form the main internet linkage between regions in the world.
- You have POP3 and WWW mode of access to your mailboxes. POP3 mode requires
you to install and configure POP3 client software (eg. Microsoft Outlook Express)
on the computer you are using and is useful when you are in your home town. WWW
mode requires internet browser, which is available on most computers nowadays, and
is useful when you are traveling.
- You have unlimited mailbox capacity

- You can manage your mailbox by yourself through internet
- You have unlimited number of aliases for your mailboxes, unlimited number of
mailing lists, and unlimited number of e-mail forwarding set up. Aliases allow a
mailbox to be referred to by multiple names (eg. JohnAndJaneDoe@abcdef.com may be
referred to as does@abcdef.com). Mailing lists distribute one e-mail to multiple
recipients (eg. sales@abcdef.com distributes incoming mail to sales manager and
all assistant sales managers). Forwarding passes incoming mail to a mailbox
located externally (eg. uvwxyz@abcdef.com passes incoming mail to
uvwxyz@uvwxyz.com)
